Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories or parts received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment — since we offer Cash on Delivery, the refund will be provided in cash upon item collection or through a mutually agreed method.

Exchange Option

If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
